    Order plants through our various shops by clicking the order button. Want more plants of the same type, you can click again or change the number in your shopping cart.

    The cart can be found in the upper right on each page. From there you can place the order.

    Do you have previously ordered from coolplants, you can log in as this make the ordering process faster and easier. Is it the first time, please complete all fields correctly.

    A phone number is very important. The shipping company does not accept packages without telephone number of the recipient.


    Payment can be done by:

    Shipping costs

    The shipping costs for a package up to 30 kg
    Belgium: 9 EUR
    Europe: 14 EUR

    Norway and Switzerland
    Due to strict import procedures we are unable to deliver these countries.


    For shipping we use bpost, the Belgian Post. Postmen deliver the parcels to you. If you are not at home, bpost puts a note in the mailbox with the request to contact the nearest post office for collection of your package.

    Tip: if you are rarely at home, let your parcel delivered to your work or acquaintances who are at home. In this way, delay in delivering is avoided!

    The shipping will include packing, postage and handling costs - including taxes.

    Plants are only shipped after the payment is received or proof of payment (mail) received.

    We don't send during severe frost and the hot summer months.

    The delivery time is 8 to 20 days - depending on the items ordered and the delivery address (country).


    For the packaging we use sturdy cardboard boxes and environmentally friendly fillers so that the plants are sent in optimal conditions.


    Take the plants as soon as possible out of the box and give them a little water. They recover quickly and easily from the trip.

    If you can not immediately replant, place the plants in a protected, shady place outdoors and certainly not indoors at room temperature.

    Appearance of the plants may vary. Some species are sent without foliage or with short branches. This does not affect the regrowth - it is after all the root of the plant that is most important.

    Because the consumer has no possibility in advance to see or test a product, the legislator considers it necessary to give the consumer a 'reflection period' of 14 calendar days within which he can return the goods without stating reasons.

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, such as goods or services that can not be returned due to their nature, or that can quickly spoil or age (such as plants); Since Coolplants sends plants and this concerns quickly perishable products (living plants), it can not be returned.

    The plants can be personally returned. The total amount excluding the possible earlier shipping or delivery costs will - within 30 days after receiving the routed products - be returned in the form of a voucher for our webshop and regular store. This voucher is valid for one year. Returning plants is only possible if the plants are in original condition. The plants must be undamaged and well cared for. Plants that have already been put in the ground can no longer be excavated and returned.

    If something went wrong during the transport to the customer, causing the packaging and plants to arrive damaged, then the plants must be refused in the original packaging to the transporter, so that they are returned automatically. Each shipment is insured for a maximum amount of 500 €. The insured amount can never exceed the invoicing amount of the plants of that shipment.
